Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Ferio (sparkferio.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Ferio lets you build AI-powered workflows that read your Gmail and act on Google Drive (and more, over time). You bring your own Anthropic API key; we provide the infrastructure that connects everything together.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Ferio to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property
• Process illegal content
• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Resell access to other parties

5. Pricing & billing

• The Free plan is free, capped at 100 Sparks/month and 3 workflows.
• Starter is $15/month or $144/year. Overages billed at $0.01/Spark.
• Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime; access continues until period end.
• Refunds within 14 days of first payment, no questions asked.

6. Your data

You own your workflows and your data. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages can happen. Critical bugs are prioritized; we usually deploy fixes within 24 hours.

8. Anthropic API usage

You're responsible for your own Anthropic API usage and billing. Ferio never charges you for AI usage — that's between you and Anthropic.

9. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for severe violations).

10. Disclaimer

Ferio is provided "as is" without warranties. AI workflows make mistakes — review the output of important automations. We're not liable for AI-generated content or actions taken by your workflows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ferio's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll email you about material changes at least 30 days in advance.
